Lee Hills
Lee joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in August 2008 from a major regional law firm where he was head of the liability insurance department and travel sector team. Lee is recognised as an expert in travel and aviation liability and defendant liability claims by Legal 500 and Chambers and described as 'a leader in the field of travel law'. His clients include a range of tour operators, travel agents, insurers, brokers and companies serving the travel industry. An accredited mediator in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Lee is also a member of numerous industry and business associations including the Forum of Insurance Lawyers, The Institute of Travel and Tourism, The Travel and Tourism Lawyers Association (committee member), The International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates and is an ABTA travel industry partner. Lee is also the head of the Litigation team.

Esther Salter
Esther joined Mayo Wynne Baxter as a trainee solicitor in September 2008. Prior to this she worked for a large regional law firm gaining nearly 3 years fee earning experience in travel litigation. Esther is a member of TATLA (Travel and Tourism Lawyers Association) and has extensive knowledge defending travel claims for tour operators. She has worked on a wide range of breach of contract and personal injury claims including: quality complaints, swimming pool slips and trips, skiing accidents, legionnaires disease claims, as well as group action food poisoning cases. Esther recently worked on a large group action cryptosporidium claim with over 120 Claimants and in doing so has gained experience in bringing multiple Part 20 proceedings out of jurisdiction. Esther also has extensive experience undertaking recovery proceedings against hoteliers out of jurisdiction. She regularly provides in- house training for tour operators and insurers on travel litigation.

Cristina Brown
Cristina is based at the firm's Brighton office where she is a member of the growing Commercial department. As well as specialising in Company Commercial Law, including intellectual property issues, Cristina is also a member of the firm's Employment team where she specialises in non-contentious matters.

Martin Williams
Martin joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2008 where he heads the Firm's Employment Team. He acts for both employers and employees and has extensive experience in resolving a variety of Employment Tribunal cases, especially complex discrimination cases. He also drafts senior executive contracts, draws up compromise agreements and advises on TUPE transfers. Martin has considerable experience in advising clients on data protection issues in the employment context and has delivered seminars on this area of the law for several years.
